The Richmond Academy of Dance is committed to the health and wellness of its students, their respective families and faculty. To that end, parents, students, and faculty are expected to follow appropriate precautions to limit the spread of illness, including but not limited to influenza, COVID-19 and other communicable diseases.

In consideration for being permitted to utilize the services and programs of The Richmond Academy of Dance, you acknowledge and agree that you and your student, will comply with: all policies, requirements, and guidelines The Richmond Academy of Dance may issue aimed at limiting the spread of communicable diseases, including but not limited to following posted and/or communicated rules and procedures regarding safe social interaction, physical distancing, environmental and personal hygiene; the recommended guidance and protocols issued by the local, Municipal, Provincial and Federal health authorities relating to the transmission of COVID-19.

I hereby understand that any failure to follow the COVID-19 rules and procedures established and posted by The Richmond Academy of Dance for the purpose of maintaining the well-being of other members and staff, may result in disciplinary action. This could include suspension or expulsion.

On my own behalf and on behalf of my minor participating children, I hereby release, waive and discharge The Richmond Academy Of Dance, its directors, officers, employees, volunteer, agents, assigns and insurers from any and all claims, actions or causes of action related to my, or my minor children’s use of and/or attendance at the facilities, services and programs of The Richmond Academy of Dance. I have carefully read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the above.
