  • Specifically designed for international students, this professional training opportunity will prepare you for a career in the arts. Continue your academic education with international student programs in local schools, embrace life in Canada, and receive the best in dance training.

    Our world-renowned faculty provide the highest calibre of multi-disciplinary training in an inclusive and personalized environment.

  • Safe, inclusive, personalized programs for pre-professional dancers 15 year olds and up.

    • Core training program includes up to 6 hours a day of: classical ballet (including pointe, classical repertoire, variations, and original choreography), contemporary, contemporary ballet, modern, jazz, lyrical, musical theatre, experiential anatomy and Pilates

    • Optional private training and experiences include: Pilates private sessions on classical apparatus, vocal privates, acting privates, audition preparation, self-tape guidance, and photoshoots

    • Summer Training: International students may participate in our 3-week August Intensive

    • Work Experience: Interested students may assistant teach dance classes

  • Accommodation: Please contact us regarding homestay options.

    Academics: Students may continue their academic studies though online school programs with their country of origin.

    Social/Community Events: The Academy will organize social outings and events for International students with opportunities to socialize with our dance and arts community

    Guardianship: The Academy will assist in obtaining a custodian for program participants either through our personal contacts or through a reputable Guardianship and Homestay Services company.

  • 4-Month Program with Performance Opportunities

    • September-December: Includes participation in our annual December performance and collaboration with professional guest artists in excerpts from "The Nutcracker"

    6-Month Program with Performance Opportunities

    • January-June: Includes participation in our annual June performances in collaboration with world-renowned guest faculty, and the possibility of performing in local competitions, festivals, and community events

  • BALLET & CONTERMPORARY: Click here for audition information

    ACTING: Film a memorized monologue between 1 – 1.5 mins. We recommend selecting monologues that aren’t too far removed from your age, type, and experience.

    VOICE: Film two separate contrasting songs, each song should be no longer than 90 seconds in length. You may use live accompaniment (with the pianist in the room with you), or an instrumental track. 

    TAP/JAZZ/MUSICAL THEATRE/HIP HOP: Please film a short combo (30-45 seconds) that includes movement demonstrating advanced techniques in the respective discipline.

    *All videos must be recorded within the last year.
