Célestin Boutin

Cavalier in The Nutcracker, Dance Into Christmas Performance
A native of Lillers, France, Célestin Boutin studied at the Conservatoire de Danse in the town of Bruay-La-Buissière, at the Académie Chaptal in Paris and at the École Supérieure de Danse de Cannes Rosella Hightower before being invited to join the Royal Swedish Ballet School and then the professional training program at New York’s Ellison Ballet.
He joined Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal in the Corps de Ballet in 2015, was promoted to Demi-Soloist in 2016 and then to Soloist in 2018. He has recently been seen playing the Prince in Fernand Nault’s Nutcracker as well as the title role in Bridget Briener’s The Firebird.
