From Japan, Anna Ishii studied at Kazuko Sugihara Ballet Arts and the New Zealand School of Dance.

After winning numerous International Awards, Anna was invited to join the West Australian Ballet Company in 2010 and then the Ballet de l’Opera national du Rhin in 2014. Anna then joined Les Grands Ballets de Canadiens du Montreal as a soloist in 2017. Anna has recently ben seen performing the Satanella Grand pas de deux, and the role Giselle staged by Ivan Cavallari and just returned from the Festival Ricardo Castro in Mexico where she performed the Satanella Grand pas de deux.
