Body Conditioning classes build strength, flexibility, core and power. Students are encouraged to train both body and mind with a fresh and healthy approach.
Class Objectives:
- have an enhanced understanding of their bodies
- have the knowledge of strengthening and conditioning exercises specifically suited for dancers
- will develop a healthy approach to taking care of their bodies
Classes offered to: students ages 8-18 in the Ballet Division
