Gloria Huang is thrilled to be a part of the Richmond Academy of Dance! She is a musician (piano, violin), dancer, singer, and actor born in Vancouver, Canada but has been living in Guangzhou, China since she was 5 years old. Fun fact, she first started learning ballet when she was 3 years old here at RAD! A pianist at heart, Gloria has been playing piano since she was 3 years old and almost chose to become a pianist instead of an actor. She is a recent graduate from NYU Tisch Drama Atlantic Acting School, classically trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA) in London, and she will be pursuing her Masters degree in Music Theatre at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London UK, in 2022. Since graduation, Gloria has been mainly working as an actor in theatre productions. Her credits include: Sensitive Guys (Pete/Dean/Amy), Henry VI: Part 3 (Ensemble), Macbeth (Witch, Donalbain, Fleance, Son), Much Ado About Nothing (Hero), Stupid F*cking Bird (Mash), Hamlet (Ophelia), Pygmalion (Eliza Doolittle), Coriolanus (Brutus) and Romeo and Juliet (Dance Captain).
